1. Who we are

Cash Optimizer ("we", "us") is operated by Datové účetnictví s.r.o., a spin-out of DYPE.cz, registered in the Czech Republic. You can reach our data team at privacy@cashopti.com.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you submit via our waitlist or contact forms (name, email, company, role).
• Usage data when you visit our website (page views, device type, referrer).
• Once you become a customer: financial connection metadata required to operate the service. We never sell customer financial data.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data under the GDPR on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving the service) and contract performance (delivering the service to customers).

4. How we use information

• To evaluate and respond to early-access requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Cash Optimizer service.
• To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under written data-processing agreements. A full list is available on request.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@cashopti.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Waitlist data is retained for up to 24 months. Customer data is retained for the duration of the contract plus statutory retention windows.
